Here are the BV Assembly announcements for this week.
Today is the last session of this BV year … We invite you to come back in the Fall for the next BV year, which will reopen on Friday, Aug 7 / Sunday, Aug 9, 2026!!
#1 Registration for the Next BV Year, 2026-’27:
- BV registration for next year is open, for the current membership … please register ASAP at the member portal CMDFW Event Registration System, as we’ll open up registrations for the general public soon!!
- A few important reminders:
- At Saaket, we’re adding a Friday-evening session, @6:45 PM – 8:15 PM
- At Chitrakoot we’ll have C2 (Sunday session) instead of Saturday’s C3
- Cultural Class registrations are NOT available yet; will open in the summer
- If you are interested in teaching, there is a Teaching Availability Form that was sent to you all in grade WhatsApp groups. Fill it in by this weekend to be a part of the awesome Bala Vihar teaching team next year!
- Registration for the general public will open over the Memorial Day weekend (in about a week)
#2 Gita Sugita Kartavya (GSK), Sat, Aug 29 – Our grand finale of the Chinmaya Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations at CMDFW:
- GSK event is on Saturday, August 29, at Eisemann Center, Richardson.
- Details have been shared to your email Inbox – briefly, 3 ways you can participate
- Attendance – purchase tickets from one of the volunteers / Board Rep / Eisemann Center website
- Sponsorship – sponsor an Ad in the Chinmaya Amrit Jyoti Souvenir – Questions? Please connect with Sunil Maini or Neelima Gonuguntla
- Volunteer your time and/or expertise – scan the “Sevaks Needed” QR code, available at each center
