Here are the BV Assembly announcements for this week.
** [CMDFW BV Graduation at Frisco this week] Congratulations to all the graduating BV Students! **
#1 Registration for the Next BV Year, 2026-’27:
- BV registration for next year is open for current members … please register ASAP so you will save your spot in the center/session of your choice
- A few important changes/updates to note:
- At Saaket, we’re adding a Friday-evening session, @6:45 PM – 8:15 PM
- At Chitrakoot we’ll have C2 (Sunday session) instead of Saturday’s C3
- Cultural Class registrations are NOT available yet; will open in the summer
- If you are interested in teaching, there is a Teaching Availability Form that was sent to you all in grade WhatsApp groups. Fill it in by this weekend to be a part of the awesome Bala Vihar teaching team next year!
- Registration for the general public will open over the Memorial Day weekend (in about 3 weeks) …let your friends and family know!
#2 Chinmaya Gita Samarpanam (CGS) – May 9:
- Registration has been extended till May 6th … this is your last chance to register and participate!
- Event details have been shared with your inbox.

#3 Gita Sugita Kartavya (GSK), Aug 29 – Our grand finale of the Chinmaya Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations at CMDFW
- GSK event will be on Saturday, August 29, at Eisemann Center.
- We are building a project team to prepare for and execute this grand performance.
There are several opportunities to assist:
- Performance Team – stage setup, backstage support, other logistics
- Logistics and Transportation – food, transportation, event venue,
- Marketing, Fundraising, and Tickets
- Other Support
