YEP America 2018: Youth Empowerment Program
June 4th – July 28th, 2018
The Youth Empowerment Program America 2018 is an innovative 55-day leadership program for youth sevaks. The goal is to equip young adults with life skills and a clear vision for service through an intensive value-based curriculum that includes foundational Vedanta, workshop facilitation, public-speaking and management skills. The program is led by Swami Sarveshananda, Acharya of CM Dallas-Forth Worth and National Director of CHYK West. The program will also have visiting Acharyas. Previous visiting Acharyas include Swami Shantananda, Swamini Shivapriyananda, Swami Ishwarananda, Swami Sharanananda, Swami Prakashananda, Swami Shivatmananda, Br. Yatindraji, Brni. Shubhani, Acharya Vivek and more!
Graduates of the program, Yuva Veers, will serve on a full-time basis at assigned Chinmaya Mission centers in North America, or perform part-time service in their respective cities while pursuing their studies or careers.
