Labor Day Retreat 2018
The annual CMDFW Labor Day Retreat will be held from Friday August 31 thru Monday September 3 at the Chinmaya Mangalam Spiritual Retreat, Barry, TX.

The spectacular grounds and skies of Chinmaya Mangalam beckon curious young minds to this highlight of the CMDFW calendar. Children partake in structured instruction, creative activities, sports and bonding during the 3-day camp led by ChYKs and Yuva Veers under the guidance of Sw. Sarveshananda ji and Br. Yatindra ji.
The camp is open to currently enrolled Balavihar children from the 5th grade through high school. The contribution for the camp will be $225 per child which includes boarding, lodging, transportation and supplies. Capacity is limited to 56 boys and 56 girls, so Register your child at the earliest.
Campers should look forward to celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna (Janmashtami) in traditional fashion during the camp.
Additional Information
- Mandatory Parent meeting planned during the week before the camp (Aug. 29th at Chinmaya Saaket).
- Medical and Liability waiver forms need to be completed and submitted during the mandatory parent meeting.
