Registration For Bala Vihar Year 2025 – 2026

Below details of BV Sessions and Registration/Enrollment Process for 2025-’26 have been shared with you and will be available on our website cmdfw.org. Please review before you register.
Over the past few months, the membership team has been diligently working on developing a new in-house system for Balavihar registration https://membership.cmdfw.org/. The system is now open for registration for the Balavihar year 2025-2026, with limited features. This streamlined system aims to simplify the registration process, facilitate transfers across sessions, and reduce the volume of emails the membership team receives over the school year, including multiple logins per household. The new system is now accessible to all existing members. This communication is being sent via email & also posted here in your kids’ WhatsApp groups.
Phase I – April 7th to 8:00 PM April 28th, 2025:
Open for all current members.
*Registration in F1 (Sun 9:00AM to 10:30AM) & F2 (Noon to 1:30 PM) in Frisco is restricted to those currently enrolled in the respective session.* Create your login using the same email / phone number as you had before which will be used to identify your previous enrollment.
If you are interested in switching to these 2 sessions, please standby till the next phase below. You can enroll in any session of your choice other than F1 & F2 starting now.
Phase II – 9:00 PM on April 28th to 8:00 PM on May 5th, 2025:
Open to cross session transfers subject to availability on a first come – first served basis.
Phase III – 9:00 PM on May 5th onwards:
Open to all – currently enrolled & new members.
Please create a new login in the new system and register yourself as a user, add your spouse information if needed, and register your kids in the grade they will be going to in the upcoming school year. If you run into issues, please email membership@cmdfw.org and CC your session BV coordinators.
The new registration system is fairly seamless and no longer requires a 2-step process to enroll your kids. Payment is required, however, to complete the registration.
Parivar members or those that are set up for monthly bank withdrawal – please note that this feature is not yet available. You’re requested to please reach out to the membership team at membership@cmdfw.org to enroll.
Please note that we will also be releasing the enhancements to the system in phases for the upcoming Balavihar year 2025-2026.

Registration Process:
- Before enrolling for Bala Vihar, you need to Renew your CMDFW Membership using your primary account.
- Once you renew your membership, you will be able to access the enrollment page for your current session. New members are restricted from enrolling in Bala Vihar sessions during Phase 1.
- Please contact membership@cmdfw.org in case you have renewed and paid for your membership and are encountering issues in enrolling your child for a session.

Chinmaya Parivar membership is $1,200/year, and we sincerely request you to consider upgrading your membership to this level. Click here for details on Chinmaya Parivar Membership.
Refunds of registration payments will be honored only if the request is made within 30 days of the start of the session. No refunds will be made after 30 days have elapsed from the start of a session. There will be no exception to this rule. Membership fee of $100 is non-refundable.
Payment Method: Online registration and payment is strongly encouraged and is the preferred method. If you wish to pay by Check or Cash, please contact the volunteers at the front desk during the session times listed below. Walk-in Registration will be open only during Balavihar sessions only at Chinmaya Saaket and Chinmaya Chitrakoot.
Children enrolled in CMDFW Balavihar classes are assigned to their classes based on their academic grade level.
