Labor Day Camp 2016

The annual CMDFW Labor Day Camp will be held from Friday September 2nd thru Monday September 5th at Chinmaya Mangalam in Barry, TX. Only BV registered children 5th grade and above are eligible to attend for a cost is $200 per child.
Calling all 5th -12th graders – this is your chance to maximize your Chinmaya Mission experience! More time with Swamiji and more time with your friends in a camp environment! Fun activities that can only be staged in a place like Mangalam. Don’t miss out on it!
Attention Parents – This is the main residential event for our Balavihar kids. The camp will be held on the premises of Chinmaya Mangalam, located in Barry, Texas, 80 miles south of Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex on 130 acres of land. There is a structured agenda for activities every day. Kids get to spend time with Swamiji and CHYKs in the classroom…..and on the playground (including a full size indoor basketball court). Make this a grand finale to their 2016 summer break and an opportunity for you to take a break from parenting activities. All children entering 5th grade and above are eligible to attend the camp. Sign up soon since the camp location has limited seats available on a strictly first come, first serve basis.
Registration is through the Chinmaya Mission DFW website: www.cmdfw.org. Make sure you have enrolled your child for the 2016-2017 session.
- Go to url www.cmdfw.org
- Click on the Registration Tab
- Then select “Click here to register’ link.
- On the User Login tab, enter your username and password.
- On the Dashboard make sure that the display shows the correct grade for your child
- Click on “Confirm School Grade and Proceed”.
- Then for each of your eligible child, select ‘2016 Labor Day Camp’ and then click on the Select Activities box below which will then take you to the payment screen.
Only online payments for the camp are accepted. The fee for the camp is $200 per child.
