College Essay Workshop for 11th Graders
*Sunday, April 14th at Saaket from 4:30- 7:00pm*
- ONLY for the 11th graders preparing for college applications during Fall 2024 (Parents are welcome to attend and sit in the back)..*NO younger grade students please !*
- Will discuss a variety of content items that should be included in the application essays
- Will discuss the critical importance of beginning the writing process early – need several rewrites/edits to ensure well-thought-through and well-written essays
- Will be an interactive session – active participation by attendees is expected
- What to bring ? – An OPEN mind and something to take notes with (paper or electronic notebook, writing tablet, pen/pencil)
- Will provide several printed handouts that can be used later for reference
