Auditions for Gurudev Musical (Sept. 12)

Hari Om. As you all know next year is Pujya Gurudev’s birth Centenary and there are various celebrations all over the world and we have exciting plans in the works in Dallas as well. The Chyks from the US have been diligently working on a Gurudev Musical which chronicles the incredible journey of Gurudev’s life from his birth as Balan to his transformation into Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda and Dallas has the privilege of being the premier of this production. For this production we need high school students who can sing, dance, and/or play musical instruments (Western and Indian) to email chykdallas@gmail.com. For an expedited audition process please send in a audition video or audio to chykdallas@gmail.com.

Once we receive your information we will send you excerpts from the script and sample musical pieces for you to prepare for the live audition (you may also choose to present a sample of your own choosing). Please choose your own piece for the dance audition

The last day to send in audition materials and sign up will be September 12th Friday!

You will be assigned/emailed an audition slot during the September 20th and 21st weekend. You must be available for that.
