2015 Chinmaya Mission Labor Day

Calling all 5th -12th graders – this is your chance to be part of the first ever Labor Day Retreat at Chinmaya Mangalam. Maximize your Chinmaya Mission experience! More time with Swamiji and more time with your friends in a camp environment!

Attention Parents – This is our main residential event for the kids. The camp will be held on the premises of Chinmaya Mangalam, located in Barry, Texas, 80 miles south of Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex on 130 acres of land. There is a structured agenda for activities every day. Kids get to spend time with Swamiji and CHYKs in the classroom…..and on the playground (including an indoor basketball court). Make this the grand finale to their 2015 summer break and an opportunity for you to take a break from parenting activities. All children entering 5th grade and above are eligible to attend the camp. Sign up soon since the camp location only has 110 seats available on a strictly first come, first serve basis.

Registration is through the Chinmaya Mission DFW website: https://cmdfw.chinmayacloud.com/adminapp. Make sure you have enrolled your child for the 2015-2016 session. Then click on the Registration Tab and then the ‘Click here to register’ link. Then in the user login tab enter your username and password. On the Dashboard make sure that the display shows the correct grade for your child and then click on ‘Confirm School Grade and Proceed’. Then for each of your eligible child, select ‘2015 Labor Day Camp’ and  click on the ‘Select Activities’ box below which will then take you to the payment screen. Only online payments for the camp are accepted. The fee for the camp is $200 per child.
