VOLUNTEERS

We need lots of volunteers. We only need 1-2 hrs timeslot from you. Please email us at picnic@cmdfw.org if you would like to help us at the day of the event. You will be contacted by a Event Team member who will inform you what your assignment is and at what time it is. We will do our best to minimize the time you have to volunteer, but you can help relieve the load on other volunteers by showing up for your assignment at the designated time and place.

Middle & High School Kids:

Do you need volunteer hours? During the Holi & Walkathon event you will have multiple option and lot of oppurtunities to earn volunteer hours. There is a sign-up sheet at the front desk (at Saaket) and at Bookstore (at Chitrakoot) for you to provide your information and team on which you would like to volunteer.

GOING GREEN

This year again we will be using biodegradable paper products and trying to minimize wasted resources.
Each one of you can help by not wasting food, paper products AND by bringing your own reusable water bottle, labeled with your name.
We will have drinking water supply on-site but do not plan to provide disposable water bottles which while convenient are a great waste.
Another part about being green is cleaning up after you at the event site. This will make the job of the clean-up crew a little easier and also be kinder to the planet!
